Returns & Exchanges

At Game Over Videogames, we want your style to be a high score, but if your gear doesn't fit perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Level Up Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
